We took Kinley to the Pumpkin Patch to pick our pumpkins. Thankfully it was a warm day! She kept picking up the small ones and saying "this is just my size" and putting them in the wheelbarrow. Good thing we were able to talk her down to just two that were "just her size"!

Lions and Tigers and . . . DINOSAURS!
We took Kinley to the Dinosaur Museum at Thanksgiving Point and she loved it! Since she already knows a lot of the names she had no problem pointing them all out to us. "That is a Triceratops, a Stegosaurus, a Pterodactyl...", you get the picture. The first part is a lot of exhibit of bones, etc. and Kinley practically dragged us through without even stopping to look. She wanted to see the dinosaurs and that was it! I was thinking what a wast of money, but once we got to the actual dinosaurs it was well worth the price.
Help, don't eat us!

Making Grandpa Proud!
I think Grandpa was pretty excited to see his Granddaughter in Ute gear and cheering on his favorite team. He has, of course, been a loyal Crimson Club Member for over 20 years!
Since there was a leftover ticket for the UofU Football Game last Saturday we decided to take Kinley. We were a little nervous wondering how she would do, but she had a total blast! When we entered the stadium she kept saying "let's hurry, go faster"! She couldn't wait to see all the action. Adam prepped her before the game and told her to say "Go Utes!" She had that mastered in no time. There was even a play where Kinley started shouting "I wanna touchdown" over and over and sure enough the next play they got a touchdown. She is already learning the game and making Daddy proud too!
While at the game she enjoyed hot dogs, snow cones and a smoothie! We all had so much fun we hope to get a chance to take her next year. (Only in warm weather of course!)
This song is so funny! If you are a BYU fan you might want a tissue when listening!! And if you are a Ute fan you will want a tissue to wipe the tears from laughing so hard!

We also took her to her first movie over the weekend, Kung Fu Panda. She was so into it she hardly moved the whole time. When it was over she asked to go to another one. I love that she is getting older so we can enjoy more activities as a family!

Say Cheese!
Since Adam took some days off after the deadline (and boy did he need it!) we decided it was the perfect chance to get our family photos done. Talk about the perfect day! Sun, blue sky and NO WIND!! We had them done at Murray Park and it is a great place to do photos. Kinley was even cooperative for a few too! First some favorites of our family:
Then my total favorites...KINLEY!
I can't believe how grown-up she looks. My little girl! I am just glad I finally have some updated family pics. The last time we had them done Kinley was one! And with a toddler, I am pretty pleased with the outcome!
P.S. Don't worry Grandmas you will get plenty of copies!!

Family Night
Kinley lined up all her animals and said, "okay we are all ready for Family Night!" I guess she felt her animals needed a little spiritual learning as well!
What a stinkin' cutie!!
(If you are wondering what the blue bottles of travel shampoo are for, they are the animals "bottles". Just a small glimpse into her imagination!)

Are You Ready for Some Football?
Since the Hubby has been working late because of the October 15 deadline I decided to go to the Utah Football game with my family. I got a babysitter (Grandma Posey to the rescue) and got ready for what was to be one exciting game! Utah vs. Oregon St. and it didn't disappoint!
With only a few minutes to go the Utes tied the game with a touchdown and two point conversion. It was 28-28 with 2 minutes remaining. Oregon ended up punting and the Utes had one last shot. They made a game winning field goal with seconds left. So the Utes won it 31-28! Excitement down to the finish! Bring it on BYU!
Witches, Witches, Witches
We decided to take advantage of the wonderful weather we have been having and go to Gardner Village. We went with Grandma and Aunt Brie and had a blast. First we ate at their yummy deli and Kinley had fun blowing through straws and making the wrapper fly off and hit Grandma in the face!
Kinley loved the witches, but didn't really want to get too close. As you can tell from the photos she like to keep her distance unless forced!
She really liked the ones stirring their brew. I think it was because they had a gate so she knew they couldn't "get her".
